PLATINUM PROGRAM (Fall Session Class Beginning September 8, 2026)
Dora Carpenter’s Signature Experience. This premium eight-week program, facilitated live via Zoom, offers a deeply immersive and interactive learning environment. Designed for those who value personalized guidance, the Platinum Program includes the Intern-While-You-Learn Component, where you coach a pro-bono client to ensure you graduate with both competence and confidence. Limited class sizes foster a supportive cohort environment where participants learn, grow, share, and sometimes cry together.
Ideal For: Individuals seeking an intensive, hands-on learning experience.

GOLD PROGRAM
Flexible Hybrid Model with Personalized One-on-One Support. The Gold Program offers the convenience of self-paced learning combined with personalized, one-on-one guidance to help you succeed. Along with all the features of the Silver Program, this package includes three one-on-one coaching calls. These tailored sessions provide the opportunity to address your unique questions, challenges, and goals. Additionally, you’ll have access to your recorded sessions to stay on track and deepen your understanding of the material. Enrollment is based on availability of one-on-one office hours to ensure each participant receives the highest level of individual support. If enrollment is closed, you will be placed on the waiting list.
Ideal For: Those who need a balance of flexibility but want the added benefit of individual support while progressing through the program.

SILVER PROGRAM
Comprehensive Self-Directed Online Learning. The Silver Program is a fully online, self-paced course designed for independent learners. The program includes engaging video lessons, text and audio resources, a downloadable workbook, and a robust toolkit to support your journey. You have 365 days of access to complete the program, and certification requires a minimum score of 80% on the pre-certification assessment.
Ideal For: Independent learners who value flexibility and prefer to work at their own pace.

WORKPLACE GRIEF COACH CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Comprehensive Self-Directed Online Learning. Grief doesn't clock out when employees clock in. As leaders, HR professionals, and coaches, we know that life’s hardest moments often show up at work—silently shaping behavior, productivity, and morale. Program is fully online. You have 365 days of access to complete the program, and certification requires a minimum score of 80% on the pre-certification assessment.
