Hello, friend. My name is Abigaile Maberry, and I am truly sorry that a loss has brought you here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I commend you for taking this step. While I cannot take your pain away, I can walk alongside you as you learn how to carry your grief with intention, purpose, and peace.
Grief is deeply personal. There is no timeline, no roadmap, and no “right” way to grieve. Together, we create space to hold and reflect on your loss and the love that remains, because loving deeply is always a gift, even when it comes with great pain.
In 2017, I began working closely with children and families facing complex medical journeys and founded the nonprofit Light Work 316, Inc. to expand that support within our community. Over time, several of the children we loved received their healing in ways we never expected. I found myself searching for answers, not only for the families we served, but for my own heart, wondering how to help navigate grief that felt impossible to survive.
Through study, training, and lived experience, I discovered grief work as my calling. Becoming a grief coach allowed me to merge compassion, faith, and practical support during some of life’s most sacred and vulnerable moments. It is a profound honor to be entrusted with these stories and to hold space for others in their sorrow.
Every loss deserves to be acknowledged, remembered, and grieved. Using a variety of supportive approaches tailored to each individual and family, I help clients develop the tools to carry their grief, preserve the legacy of their loved one, and move forward with hope, meaning, and faith, trusting that love never ends and reunion is promised.
It would be an honor to walk this journey with you.
