About Christina

My name is Christina and my passion comes from supporting grieving mothers by helping them along their journey to live the life they imagine with their family. I focus on physical and mental wellness with a gratitude mindset. I guide mothers in a process to honor their child, fulfilling purpose and bringing clear meaning to their life. We discover strengths and talents together to build confidence for the journey forward.

I’m a mother to three beautiful girls myself. I’m also a wife, a grief coach, a fitness professional, and a 20-year military veteran. I became a certified grief coach after my oldest daughter died of a rare pediatric cancer in 2016 at the age of three. I currently serve as the president of a pediatric cancer research foundation, a trainer for IOPGC’s Gold certification program, and run my own personal grief coaching business. With over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I still love teaching fitness classes to adults and children.

As a grief coach, I walk mothers through a future-focused journey of self-discovery with a goal of post-traumatic personal growth and gratitude for a new life after devastating loss. I seek to move my clients from just functioning to living an extraordinary life using exercises specifically designed to transform their way of processing thoughts around profound loss.

Grief is unique to each and every person, but that does not mean people should go through it alone. So, if you (or someone you know) are ready to take a step forward, walk through grief, and graduate to the next level… we might make a good team.

I look forward to connecting with you to start your transformation journey today!
